Authorized Sign definition

Authorized Sign means any Sign, or marking on a Roadway, or Curb or Sidewalk or other device placed or erected on a Highway under the authority of this By-law or the Highway Traffic Act, for the purpose of regulating, warning or guiding Vehicular and Pedestrian traffic;

Authorized Sign means any highway sign used to regulate traffic which is prescribed by regulation made under the Highway Traffic Act, or is approved by Council;

Authorized Sign means any sign, notice, or other device placed or erected in or upon a Park by the City;
