Authorized School Official definition

Authorized School Official means the official who is authorized by the Approved Institution to execute the Approved Institution’s responsibilities under the Program Rules.
Authorized School Official means the person who is designated by the chief executive officer of the Approved Institution to administer the Program for the Approved Institution.
Authorized School Official means any person designated and authorized in writing by the School District or by the School District School Board (“School Board”) to act on behalf of the School District pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and is authorized to give instructions to the SRO.
