Authorized representative or agent means any person having authority to act on behalf of the city of Kelso within the terms of this chapter, including, but not limited to, the city manager, city attorney, applicable Director
Authorized representative or agent means any person having authority to act on behalf of the City of Kelso within the terms of this chapter, including, but not limited to, the City Manager, City Attorney, applicable Director (or his/her designee), code enforcement officers and any other person granted the authority to act on behalf of the City pursuant to this chapter.
