Authorized Purchasing Representative definition

Authorized Purchasing Representative means the individual who is designated as such on the face of the Order, or who is otherwise designated in writing by Buyer as its authorized purchasing representative.
Authorized Purchasing Representative means the individual whose name appears on the face of the Purchase Order under “Buyer Name”, or who is otherwise designated in writing by Buyer as its authorized purchasing representative.
Authorized Purchasing Representative means the person authorized by Buyer’s cognizant purchasing organization to administer and/or execute this Order and who has sole authority to make contractual commitments on behalf of Buyer, to provide contractual direction, and to change contractual requirements of this Order.

  • If Seller is unable to comply with the shipping instructions in this contract, Seller will contact ▇▇▇▇▇’s Traffic Management Department referenced elsewhere in this contract or Buyer’s Authorized Purchasing Representative.

  • Whenever Seller has knowledge that any actual or potential labor dispute is delaying or threatens to delay timely performance of this Order, Seller shall immediately give notice to ▇▇▇▇▇’s Authorized Purchasing Representative and provide all relevant information including, but not limited to, nature of dispute, labor organizations involved, estimated impact on Seller’s performance of ▇▇▇▇▇’s Order and estimated duration.

  • Authorized Party means the person who is authorized to approve an Award, exercise discretion, or take action under the Administrative Procedure for the Performance Share Program and pursuant to the Program. With regard to Senior Officers, the Committee is the Authorized Party. With regard to other Employees, the Chief Executive Officer, acting as the Special Equity Award Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, is the Authorized Party, although the Committee may act concurrently as the Authorized Party.

  • Purchasing Agent means the head of the City’s Purchasing Division, or a designated contact person acting for him or at his direction.
