Authorized Partner(s) definition

Authorized Partner(s) means ThreatModeler’s distributors, resellers, strategic partners, or other business partners.
Authorized Partner(s) means any individuals or companies who have signed a formal contract or legal agreement with Vitrium to resell, bundle, repackage or otherwise sell Vitrium Software as part of that agreement.
Authorized Partner(s) means a third party introduced by OS33 to perform a portion of the Services as either a subcontractor to OS33 or via a direct relationship with Customer. All such Partners will have been assessed, trained, certified as capable of performing such Services.

Examples of Authorized Partner(s) in a sentence

  • HPE is not responsible for your acts or omissions, for any obligations undertaken by you or representations that you may make, or for any other products or services that you supply to other HPE Authorized Partners and/or Customers.

  • Microsoft may share Customer contact information obtained for Authorized Partners with ISVs, as if ISV were a Publisher under Section 7(b)(ii) of the Agreement Terms and Conditions, and subject to the restrictions of that Section.

Authorized Partner(s) means a written authorization to obtain VIATOM software license sales or support granted herein, no distributors, resellers or other business partners of VIATOM.
