Examples of Authorized hours in a sentence

  • Authorized hours worked in excess of those agreed to shall be paid for at an hourly rate.

  • Authorized hours worked in excess of thirty-seven and one-half but less than forty-five (45) hours in a week or more than seven and one-half (7%) in the day, shall be compensated at time and one-half the employee's regular straight time hourly rate and authorized hours worked in excess of forty-five (45) hours in a week, shall be compensated at double the employee's straight time hourly rate.

  • Authorized hours in excess of 86 up to a maximum of 92 hours each work period would be included in the annualized average figure.
