authorized guest definition
authorized guest is defined as: those persons for whom the renter is willing to take personal responsibility as being members of the group who were invited by the member to participate in the function.
authorized guest means a Guest of Residence Owner who, at the time of use of the Resort Amenities, has been identified and authorized by Residence Owner to use the Resort Amenities and incur Goods and Services Charges (which identification and authorization shall be made by Residence Owner completing such identification and authorization form as may then be required by Residential Manager) and is in possession of whatever authorized user identification device as is then required.
authorized guest means a guest of Residence Owner who, on the day of use of the Resort Services, stays overnight in the Residence, and who: (i) is identified and authorized in writing by Residence Owner in the manner required by the Hotel Rules (as then in effect) or Resort Operator to use and receive the Resort Services; and (ii) has agreed in the manner required by the Hotel Rules (as then in effect) or Resort Operator to be responsible for and indemnify and hold Resort Owner and Resort Operator harmless from and against any and all claims, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), damages, demands, lawsuits and liabilities to the extent arising out of and/or attributable to the acts and/or omissions of such Authorized Guest while using or receiving the Resort Services.
