Accordingly, for any Equipment delivered to Authorized Delivery Locations other than Southern California, Buyer and Seller agree to negotiate the number of free storage days for Equipment at such other Authorized Delivery Locations, and Buyer shall be responsible for any storage in excess of such free storage pursuant to the payment provisions of ARTICLE 7(g) above.
