Authorized Capacity definition

Authorized Capacity means a director or officer, or a similar capacity, of a Another Entity;
Authorized Capacity means the initial design capacity of the natural gas pipeline as provided in the Letter for grant of authorization or letter of acceptance for Central Government authorization;
Authorized Capacity means the number of children that a licensed child care center or day care home is able to have in care at any one time including overlap.

  • To the extent that a person who is or was a Corporate Person or is or was serving in an Authorized Capacity of Another Entity at the request of the Corporation and has been successful on the merits or otherwise in defense of any action, referred to in Section 8.1 or 8.2 of this Article, or in defense of any claim, issue or matter therein, he or she shall be indemnified against Expenses actually and reasonably incurred by him or her in connection therewith.

  • The Indemnitee is presently serving as a director and/or an officer of the Company and/or, at the request of the Company, in an Authorized Capacity (as defined below) of or for Another Entity (as defined below).

  • The provisions of this Agreement will survive the death, disability, or incapacity of the Indemnitee or the termination of the Indemnitee's service as a director or an officer of the Company or in an Authorized Capacity of or for Another Entity and will inure to the benefit of the Indemnitee's heirs, executors and administrators.

  • The Indemnitee will continue to serve as a director and/or an officer of the Company and/or in each such Authorized Capacity of or for Another Entity in which he or she presently serves, in each case so long as he or she is duly elected and qualified to serve in such capacity or until he or she resigns or is removed.


More Definitions of Authorized Capacity

Authorized Capacity means the number of individuals a facility is licensed/registered to serve at any one time, plus any other C.A.C.F.P. enrolled individuals who are not required to be counted as part of the Licensed/Registered capacity. (Also see “Licensed Capacity” and “Registered Capacity”)

  • Reserved Capacity means the maximum amount of capacity and energy that the Transmission Provider agrees to transmit for the Transmission Customer over the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System between the Point(s) of Receipt and the Point(s) of Delivery under Tariff, Part II. Reserved Capacity shall be expressed in terms of whole megawatts on a sixty (60) minute interval (commencing on the clock hour) basis.

  • Licensed capacity means the number of children the Department has determined the day care home can care for at any one time in addition to any children living in the home who are under the age of 12 years. Children age 12 and over on the premises are not considered in determining licensed capacity.

The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • RA Capacity means the maximum megawatt amount that the CAISO recognizes from a Project that qualifies for Buyer’s Resource Adequacy Requirements and is associated with the Project’s Capacity Attributes.

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.
