Authorized Board Representative definition

Authorized Board Representative means the person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Board by written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Board by its Chairman or Vice Chairman. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates;
Authorized Board Representative means the Chair of the Board, the Director of the Department, the Chief Financial Officer, or any other person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Board by written certificate furnished to the Bond Registrar and the Paying Agent containing the specimen signatures of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the Board by its Chair or other duly authorized agent.
Authorized Board Representative means the person or persons at the time designated as such by written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee, containing the specimen signature or signatures of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the Board by the Chairman or the Vice Chairman of the Directors.
