AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE means each BORROWER's authorization permitting LENDER to effect payment as of each due date of accrued monthly interest and other amounts (including principal) due under the REVOLVING LOAN, the Letter of Credit Obligations and this Agreement by increasing the principal balance of the REVOLVING LOAN as though an Advance were taken by the BORROWERS against the REVOLVING LOAN in the amount of any payment effected by LENDER.
