Authorization Amount definition

Authorization Amount refers to the amount debited from your Account at point of purchase/payment for goods/services at eCommerce websites or Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals within or outside Samoa, corresponding to the amount of the purchase/payment you make, including any applicable transaction fee, or its equivalent in allowable currency.
Authorization Amount means an uncommitted credit authorization to Borrowers under Section 2.1(b) in the principal sum not to exceed $3,000,000, in the aggregate at any time outstanding.
Authorization Amount means $1,500,000 from the date hereof until the Initial Maturity Date, which amount shall thereafter be reduced on the first Business Day of each March, June, September, and December thereafter, beginning with the first such date thereafter by the amounts required to be paid under paragraph 5(a), and shall be further reduced by any payments received by the Bank under paragraph 5(d).
