Examples of Authority’s Equipment in a sentence
On the expiry or termination of the Contract, the Contractor shall return all items of Authority’s Equipment free of charge and in accordance with all instructions given by the Authority’s Representative as to their delivery to the Authority or to any person designated by the Authority.
The Contractor shall only use Authority’s Equipment in the performance of the Contract and for no other purpose whatsoever.
The Contractor shall not sell, lease, assign, part with possession or otherwise dispose of any Authority’s Equipment or any interest in it without Approval.
If the Contractor replaces any item of Authority’s Equipment, the replacement shall be the property of the Authority and the replacement shall be noted in Appendix A of the Equipment Register.
All Authority’s Equipment shall remain the property of the Authority.
The Supplier shall provide all the Supplier’s Equipment necessary for the provision of the Services unless the Authority has expressly agreed to provide the Authority’s Equipment to the Supplier in respect of some or all aspects of the provision of the Services.
The Authority shall provide to the Contractor for its use the Authority’s Equipment listed in Schedule 4 Appendix A (Equipment Register).
The Contractor shall not be responsible for maintenance or replacement of Authority’s Equipment referred to in Appendix A of the Equipment Register and marked “A” where any damage was caused through fair wear and tear.
Concessionaire shall have the right to use the Authority’s Equipment in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, but shall not gain any ownership rights in said Equipment during or after the Term and shall return same to the Authority upon termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 12.5 herein.
The provisions of this clause 23 (Authority’s Equipment) shall apply to any property issued or made available to the Contractor by any Agency at the Authority’s Premises, provided that such property is listed in Appendix A of the Equipment Register.
