AUTHORITY TO BIND definition

AUTHORITY TO BIND. Each party hereby represents and warrants that the person signing below has the authority to bind such party to this Agreement.
AUTHORITY TO BIND. A responsible officer of each party has read and understands the contents of this Agreement and is empowered and duly authorized on behalf of that party to execute it.
AUTHORITY TO BIND. The individuals identified below, and the respective parties to this agreement warrant and represent that they have the authority to bind the representative party. Individuals below execute this agreement in their capacity as an authorized agent of the party they represent.

  • IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO BIND THE COMPANY TO THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT.

  • IF YOU ARE AN AGENT OR EMPLOYEE OF A LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH LEGAL ENTITY TO THIS AGREEMENT.

AUTHORITY TO BIND. By signing this Agreement, Contractor, or the individual(s) signing on behalf of Contractor, represents, warrants and guarantees that they have the legal authority to bind the Contractor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • public authority means any authority or body or institution of self- government established or constituted—
