Authority Request definition

Authority Request means a written request or direction of the Authority signed by an Authorized Officer.
Authority Request means a written request or direction of the Authority signed by an Authorized Officer provided however, that with respect to the Authority request required by the General Indenture for withdrawal of funds from the Acquisition Account for purchase of Mortgage Certificates, unless and until the Authority directs otherwise, the Authority Request may be provided by the related Servicer and the Trustee may rely on such request as though it came from the Authority.
Authority Request means the written request of the Authority signed by the Executive Director or other officer authorized by the Industrial Commission to sign on behalf of the Authority.

Examples of Authority Request in a sentence

  • A Competent Authority Request should generally contain sufficient background information to communicate both the relevance of the request to an examination, investigation, or procedure and the nature of the information being requested.

  • The U.S. Competent Authority expects that the Commonwealth of Dominica Competent Authority provide the requested additional information to the U.S. Competent Authority within 90 days after a Competent Authority Request is received by the Commonwealth of Dominica Competent Authority.

  • In the event that the Serbian Competent Authority is unable to provide the requested information in response to a Competent Authority Request, it should promptly inform the U.S. Competent Authority and explain the reasons for its inability to provide the requested information.

  • If less than all of the 2002 Series A Class I Bonds are to be redeemed in accordance with the preceding paragraph, then, except as otherwise directed by an Authority Request that certifies that such request is consistent with the most recently filed Cash Flow Statement Related to the 2002 Series A Bonds, the 2002 Series A Class I Bonds shall be redeemed on a pro rata by maturity basis.

  • The Serbian Competent Authority should confirm receipt of a Competent Authority Request within ten days of receipt.

  • The U.S. Competent Authority expects that the HS/VCS Competent Authority provide the requested additional information to the U.S. Competent Authority within 90 days after a Competent Authority Request is received by the HS/VCS Competent Authority.

  • In the event that the Serbian Competent Authority can only partially respond to a Competent Authority Request within the timeframe described in Paragraph 4.5.4, it should provide a partial response, to the extent possible, and an update on the status of the response.

Related to Authority Request

  • Issuing Entity Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuing Entity by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Authority Representative means the representative appointed by the Authority from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Guarantor Request and "Guarantor Order" mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.
