AUTHORITY Properties definition

AUTHORITY Properties means those properties provided to the CONTRACTOR by the AUTHORITY pursuant to the MSA Agreement which the REPLACEMENT CONTRACTOR has indicated in Schedule 10 of the Replacement Agreement it wishes to use to provide the Replacement Services;
AUTHORITY Properties means real property that is both owned and controlled by the Authority, as identified in Appendix B-1 or added through Amendment, for and in connection with which the Consultant is to provide the Services set forth in this Agreement.
AUTHORITY Properties means those properties of the Authority to which the Incumbent Contractor provides the Services;

Examples of AUTHORITY Properties in a sentence

  • The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for all costs associated with the CONTRACTOR's vacation of the AUTHORITY Properties including the removal of the CONTRACTOR's equipment and furnishings, transfer of CONTRACTOR's staff, termination of arrangements with Subcontractors and service suppliers and restoration of such properties to the condition stated within the relevant existing Property Agreements.

  • The AUTHORITY shall indemnify the CONTRACTOR in relation to any claim or demand which relates to the AUTHORITY'S failure to discharge its obligations after the Retender Cutover Date in connection with the AUTHORITY Properties and/or the CONTRACTOR Properties.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any changes to the Notifiable Costs under the terms of the Property Agreements in respect of the AUTHORITY Properties and Transferring Properties shall be notified to the CONTRACTOR by the AUTHORITY and effected on the next due date for payment.
