  • Any Notes which have been paid or purchased by the Authority, mutilated Notes replaced by new Notes, and any temporary Note for which definitive Notes have been delivered shall (unless otherwise directed by the Authority by Authority Order) forthwith be cancelled and destroyed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 2.06 hereof.
