  • Interconnection Customer shall operate the Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in accordance with all applicable requirements of Transmission Provider or its designated Local Balancing Authority Operator of which the Generating Facility is part, as such requirements are set forth in Appendix C, Interconnection Details, of this GIA.

  • Further whenever color scheme of any type of bus is changed by the Authority, Operator shall ensure to paint the new color scheme within reasonable time but not later than next FC due date.

  • Unless specifically approved in writing, and under conditions specified by Authority, Operator shall not place or allow to be placed within the staging area, any type of portable storage container, trailer, unit, box, or barrel which is used to store merchandise and/or equipment and supplies.

  • If such Annual Statement indicates an underpayment of the required Percentage of Gross Revenues Fee due to Authority, Operator shall submit payment for such underpayment to Authority with the Annual Statement.

  • Unless with the advance written permission of the Authority, Operator shall have no right or permission to use the Airfield for any other purpose(s).

  • For Any water supplied by Authority, Operator shall be required to pay to Authority cost for the units consumed in Project Facility, as measured by the sub-meter, at the applicable and prevalent rate for water fixed by the relevant authority.
