Authority Network definition

Authority Network means Authority’s fiber-optic network used for its internal communications in support of its provision of electric services and other installed Excess Fiber.
Authority Network means the current and future Information and Communications Technology network, systems, equipment, hardware, and software used by the Authority

Examples of Authority Network in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor agrees not to attach any Contractor- supplied computers, peripherals or software to the Authority Network without prior written authorization from Authority’s Security Administrator.

  • Confidential Information is information outside of what is required to be disclosed by the Broadband Act (as described above) that is expressly marked or identified as confidential or proprietary or that would normally be considered confidential under the circumstances, including without limitation information as it relates to design, maps, GIS type electronic files and specifications of or related to the Authority Network and Transmission System.

  • Lessee will not use the Leased Fiber in a way that causes Lessee Interference with the use of the electric system or Authority Network (other than the Leased Fiber) by Authority.

  • Authority is not transferring or granting to Lessee any other interest or estate in the Leased Fiber, ROW, Authority Network, Authority Transmission System, attachment points, private property access, conduit or any other property interest, including any fee, easement, or any franchise rights, except as expressly set forth herein.

  • Authority will work with Lessee to minimize any such interferences, but the best interest of the integrity of the electric system and Authority Network will take precedence.

  • Authority has the right to use the Authority Network (other than the Leased Fiber) free from any interreferences, impairment, or disruption caused by ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s use of the Leased Fiber (“Lessee Interference").

  • Issues relating to Authority Network Assets should be presented separately within the report.

  • The Operator shall comply with its obligations as specified by the Authority in this Agreement in relation to Intellectual Property Rights and the Authority Network Branding.

  • Further, Lessee will not have any interest in, or the right to occupy or otherwise use, any of the Excess Fiber in the Authority Network other than the Leased Fiber.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Authority may wish from time to time to make available certain monies by way of grant or to make certain payments to the Operator in accordance with section 45 and/or section 49 of the 2008 Act to facilitate the acquisition by the Operator on behalf of the Authority new Authority Network Assets.

Related to Authority Network

  • Authority System means the Authority‟s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Authority or the Contractor in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Authority by a third party and which interfaces with the Contractor System or which is necessary for the Authority to receive the Services.

  • Authority ICT System means the Authority’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Authority or the Contractor in connection with the Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Authority by a third party and which interfaces with the Contractor ICT System or which is necessary for the Authority to receive the Services.

  • Host Authority means the local authority appointed by the Parties under these arrangements to lead on a specified matter or function as set out in paragraphs 14 and 19.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Authority Data means data in any form or media which are: supplied to the Contractor by the Authority; or which the Contractor is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to the Contract; or any Personal Data for which the Authority is the Data Controller.
