Authority Contractor definition

Authority Contractor means a person who or entity that enters into a Contract with the Authority.
Authority Contractor means such person or persons as may be authorized in writing by the SH&DB to act on its behalf under any of the SH&DB’s agreements, including this Agreement and shall include any person or persons having authority to exercise any rights or perform and fulfill any obligations of SH&DB under any of SH&DB’s agreements, including this Agreement.
Authority Contractor means such person or persons as may be authorized in writing by the Authority to act on its behalf under any of Procuring Entity’s agreements, includingthis Agreement and shall include any person or persons having authority to exercise any rights or perform and fulfill any obligations of the Authority under any of Procuring Entity’s agreements, including this Agreement.
