Authority Contracting definition

Authority Contracting means any arrangement giving rise to an obligation to supply any thing to or perform any service for the Authority, other than by virtue of Authority employment, or to supply any thing to or perform any service for a private person where the Authority provides substantial financial assistance and retains the right to approve or disapprove the nature of quality of the goods or service or the persons who may supply or perform the same.

  • If Project Co is required by Applicable Law to collect any such HST from Contracting Authority, Contracting Authority shall pay such HST to Project Co simultaneously with the amount to which such applicable HST relates or applies.

  • These assessments will form part of a Quality Assurance inspection by the Authority, Contracting Authority or Agents acting on their behalf, and the Supplier agrees to provide access to the Linguists together with any information that the Authority requires in order to carry out its Quality Assurance inspection.

  • C7-13-2 The Contracting Authority, Contracting Body or UK SBS acting as an agent on behalf of the Contracting Body shall be free to enforce its intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction.

  • A2-2 The Contracting Authority, Contracting Body or UK SBS acting as an agent on behalf of the Contracting Body appoints the Supplier to supply Supplies and or Services to the Contracting Authority or the Contracting Body in accordance with this Framework Contract.

  • C7-3-1 The Contracting Authority, Contracting Body or UK SBS acting as an agent on behalf of the Contracting Body may at any time assign, transfer, charge, subcontract, or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights or obligations under this Framework Contract or any Contract.

  • Any variation to this Framework Contract or any Contract, including any changes to the Services, this Framework Contract, the Special Conditions, or the Order, including the introduction of any additional terms and conditions, shall only be binding when agreed in writing by the Contracting Authority, Contracting Body or UK SBS acting as an agent on behalf of the Contracting Body and the Supplier, and (in the case of any Contract) the Contracting Authority or Contracting Body and the Supplier.

  • The Supplier agrees that during any term or extension it shall complete and return the attached questionnaire as advised below, within 14 days from notice and shall send this information as directed by the Contracting Authority, Contracting Body or UK SBS acting as an agent on behalf of the Contracting Body.

  • C7-1-1 This Framework Contract and any Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Contracting Authority, Contracting Body and the Supplier, in relation to the supply of the Services and the Contract supersedes any earlier agreements, arrangements and understandings relating to that subject matter.
