Examples of Authority Confirmation in a sentence

  • The issue by the Authority of any Authority Confirmation shall be a confirmation that the correct Goods appear to have been supplied and reasonable installation and commissioning procedures look to have been followed by the Supplier in accordance with the requirements and standards of this Contract.

  • Responsibility for supplying the Goods in accordance with the requirements and standards of the Contract and the appropriateness of any installation and commissioning procedures shall remain with the Supplier notwithstanding any such Authority Confirmation.
