Authorised Waste Processor definition
Authorised Waste Processor means any entity authorised by BBMP and/or Karntaka State Pollution Control Board for processing of Solid Waste under Rule 16(1)(e) of SWM Rules, 2016 and issued such Authorisation under Form-II of the Rules;
