Authorised Offering Document definition

Authorised Offering Document means, in relation to a Series, the Final Terms, Series Prospectus, Pricing Supplement, Series Listing Particulars or Information Memorandum, as applicable, prepared in relation to the issuance of such Series.

Examples of Authorised Offering Document in a sentence

  • Registered Notes may be represented on issue (as specified in the relevant Authorised Offering Document) by either (i) one or more Global Certificates which may be exchangeable under their terms for Individual Certificates or (ii) Individual Certificates.

  • Capitalised terms used in this Principal Trust Deed but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Conditions (incorporating the relevant Authorised Offering Document for the relevant Series) unless the context does not allow.

  • Prior to the issue of any such Notes, the Issuer shall deliver or procure the delivery to the Trustee of a copy of the Dealer Confirmation or Syndication Agreement and the draft Authorised Offering Document in respect of the relevant Series attached thereto.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the relevant Authorised Offering Document, the Global Certificate will be substantially in the form set out in Part E of Schedule 1.
