Authorised Instruction definition

Authorised Instruction means any instruction, order or request received by RBCIS from an Authorised Person (including but not limited to a Standing Mandate Trade Instruction);
Authorised Instruction means a message or instruction (which may be in electronic form), in the prescribed format, containing the information and meeting the other requirements specified by us from time to time, from you to us requesting that we execute an Outward Payment.
Authorised Instruction means an electronic message, in the format, containing the information and meeting the other requirements specified by Vitesse, requesting Vitesse to execute an Outward Payment;

Examples of Authorised Instruction in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Authorised Instruction to cancel, revoke, amend or otherwise supersede a prior Authorised Instruction may be ineffective should RBCIS already have acted, in any way, on such previous Authorised Instruction.

  • You may provide Worldpay with a standing Authorised Instruction to execute Outward Payments in respect of certain Alternative Payment Methods, and Worldpay shall execute such Outward Payments in accordance with such Authorised Instructions or as otherwise agreed between the Parties.

  • The Custodian may in its sole discretion decline to act upon any instruction (whether or not an Authorised Instruction) which is insufficient, incomplete or is not received by the Custodian in sufficient time for the Custodian to act upon or which may breach any applicable law, rule or regulation.
