Authorised Engineer definition
Authorised Engineer means the appointed Engineer or equivalent.
Authorised Engineer means the holder of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence issued by the Authority in accor- dance with the Civil Aviation Regulations- Part I- General and Civil Aviation Regulations -Part II- Personnel Licencing, authorised by an Approved Maintenance Organisation in accordance with the procedure approved by the Authority, to issue Certificate of Release to Service for Guyana aircraft and its aeronautical products;
Authorised Engineer means the holder of an aircraft maintenance engineer licence issued by the Director in accordance with the Civil Aviation (General Administration and Personnel Licensing) Regulations, 2007, and authorised by an approved maintenance organisation in accordance with the procedure approved by the Director, to issue a certificate of release to service for Barbadian aircraft and its aeronautical products;
