Licensee agrees to inform NZX promptly of any change in the details of Authorised Contacts and to comply with any reasonable procedures or disciplines introduced by NZX for the purpose of validating communications from Authorised Contacts.

Engeneum shall maintain a customer service hotline for the Authorised Contact(s) to report problems and seek assistance in the use of the Service and/or Agent.
