authorised consignee definition

authorised consignee means a person that is not a warehouse keeper and is authorised, in the course of its commercial activities, to receive, repeatedly or occasionally, alcoholic beverages from another Member State under a duty suspension arrangement; alcoholic beverages under a duty suspension arrangement shall neither be stored nor dispatched by the authorised consignee;
