Authorised Collaborator definition
Authorised Collaborator means the third parties named in the relevant Application Form who are collaborating with the Recipient and also require access to the Data for the Purpose; Authorised User has the meaning given to that term in clause 6.3; Commencement Date means the date that this Agreement is executed by the last party to execute; Data means the data in Australian Genomics Data Repositories as described in the relevant Application Form, to which the Administering Institution has agreed to grant access to Recipient under this Agreement;
