Authorised Act definition
Authorised Act means the grant of the Permits or any other thing authorised or required by this Deed, but does not include the grant of a Production Licence in respect of the Original Permit Area.
Authorised Act means the grant of the Permit so far as it affects the ILUA area or any other thing authorised or required by this Agreement in relation to the ILUA area, but does not include the grant of a Production Licence in respect of any part of the Original Permit Area.
