Authorisation /Permit definition
Authorisation /Permit means a permit issued by the Energy Regulator in terms of these rules;
Authorisation /Permit means the document, issued by the competent authorities of either Contracting Party which shall grant the right/possibility to the vehicle registered in the territory of the other Contracting Party to perform a journey to or through the territory of the Contracting Party which has issued the authorisation/ permit.
