Authorisation Centre definition

Authorisation Centre means Acquirers credit card centre or, where such centre is inoperable or not accessible to Us, such other call centre where manual requests for Authorisations are handled as We may from time to time establish and notify to You;
Authorisation Centre or “Credit Card Authorisation Centre” means the authorisation centre approved by us for the purposes of the Merchant Agreement and the details of which are notified to you by us.

  • If the Transaction so authorised is not concluded immediately, You must immediately contact the Authorisation Centre to cancel the Authorisation.

  • In this Agreement, the following words and expressions shall have the following meaning unless the context otherwise requires: - Authorisation Centre : A centre operated by Bank to provide authorisation from the Card Issuer to the Merchant on a 24-hour basis.
