ABCOP2 means the Actual Balancing System Charge set out in the Balancing System Charge Report for the Balancing System Charge Review Period immediately preceding the date on which the Preliminary Opex Report for the Second Opex Reopener Date is, or is required to be, delivered to the CfD Counterparty;
