For avoidance of doubt, charging – by the End User or any other person authorized by Partner – at the Charging Stations after authentication with the RFID card or a Further Authentication Instrument shall constitute an offer by Partner to purchase the electricity in DCS’ name and on DCS’ account from the CPO and to resell such electricity to Partner under the terms of this Agreement.
Each RFID Card (or as the case may be corresponding Further Authentication Instrument) is linked to one Partner Charging Contract.
