  • Effective immediately after the Distribution Date, AI shall be solely responsible for administering compliance with such health care continuation coverage and portability requirements with respect to AI Employees, and AUSHC shall be solely responsible for administering compliance with such requirements with respect to members of the AUSHC Employee Group.
