AuRico means AuRico Gold Inc. a company existing under the OBCA;
AuRico means AuRico Gold Inc., a company existing under the Province of Ontario;
AuRico. Conversion Rate”, “AuRico Shares” and “Exchange Share Ratio” have the meanings given to such terms in the recitals hereto.

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

  • Fellowship means a fellowship in a professional medical college recognized by the Board after consultation with the Medical Advisory Committee.

  • SADC means the Southern African Development Community;

  • Diocese means the Church of England diocese in which the Academies are situated;

  • Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.

  • SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority established by section 3 of the South African Qualifications Authority Act, 1995 (Act 58 of 1995);
