Auditor Statement definition

Auditor Statement means a statement within the meaning of article 2:72(1) of the Dutch Civil Code or article 2:94b(2) read in conjunction with 2:94a(2) of the Dutch Civil Code, as the case may be, issued by an auditor within the meaning of article 2:393(1) of the Dutch Civil Code.
Auditor Statement means the statement by the Company's Auditor indicating the Adjustment Amount;
Auditor Statement means the auditor statement issued by Flynth Audit B.V. on October 27, 2020 in respect of the Merger;

Examples of Auditor Statement in a sentence

  • Buyer and Seller shall use their reasonable efforts for 15 days after the submission of any Adjustment Request to agree upon any proposed adjustments to the Auditor Statement.

  • Any individual position reflected in the Auditor Statement shall be expressed in Euros and, to the extent recorded in the books and records of the Group Companies in currencies other than Euros, be converted at the exchange rate published by the European Central Bank at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/stats/exchange/eurofxref/html/index.en.html on the relevant reference date.
