Auditing Period definition

Auditing Period has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04(h).

Examples of Auditing Period in a sentence

  • Auditing Period is the summer Passive DR Auditing Period (June 1 to August 31) or winter Passive DR Auditing Period (December 1 to January 31) applicable to On-Peak Demand Resources and Seasonal Peak Demand Resources.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in case the Management Evaluation is contested, the Credit Party shall not enforce the payment obligations created hereunder (Versprechen, zeitweilig nicht zu vollstrecken) prior to the expiry of the Auditing Period.
