Audit summary definition
Audit summary means a formal report issued or adopted by the Office of Oversight and Accountability, or their representative as a result of an audit of activities conducted by the City of Grand Rapids, its departments, and or employees that fall within the scope of this policy. An audit summary will include, but not be limited to an accounting of the date of the audit, steps used during the process, a summary of evidence reviewed, and conclusions drawn from the evidence.
