Audit Program Manager (or APM) definition

Audit Program Manager (or APM) means a company subcontracted by EICC that interacts with the Auditee in the management of the overall VAP including the forecast process, planning, price determination, scheduling, evaluation and review of the VAR, and final release of the VAR to the Auditee. This may extend to include corrective action management as applicable.
Audit Program Manager (or APM) means the role assigned to RBA internal staff team which manage the RBA VAP program including contracting, scoping, costing, scheduling and appointment of audit firms and auditors as defined in the RBA VAP Operations Manual, most current version.

  • Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.
