Audit Information definition

Audit Information has the meaning given in clause 6.17(e). "[***]" has the meaning given to it in clause 14.2(q).

Examples of Audit Information in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the preceding sentence and Section 11, Audit Information may be used and disclosed by the Auditing Party to enforce the Auditing Party’s rights under Applicable Law and this Agreement.

More Definitions of Audit Information

Audit Information as used herein, shall mean all information that the FRCC Security Process Agents or its representatives have furnished or are furnishing to the undersigned Parties in connection with meetings discussions, on-site visits or other activities of the AATF, for the purpose of conducting the Audit, whether furnished before or after the date of this Agreement, whether tangible or intangible, and in whatever form or medium provided (including, without limitation, oral communications), as well as all information generated by either Party or its representatives that contains, reflects or is derived from the furnished AUDIT INFORMATION; provided, however, the term “AUDIT INFORMATION” shall not include information which (i) is or becomes generally available to the public other than as a result of acts by the undersigned Parties or anyone to whom the undersigned Parties supply the Information, or (ii) was in the possession of either Party prior to the date it was disclosed.

  • Credit information means information about you, including your name, age, date of birth, occupation, place of residence, previous places of residence, occupancy length, marital status, co-occupant’s/spouse’s/same-sex partner’s name and age, number of dependants, particulars of education or professional qualifications, field of employment, places of employment, previous places of employment, employment durations, estimated income, paying habits, outstanding debt obligations, cost of living obligations, involvement in bankruptcy proceedings or landlord and tenant disputes, assets, and banking information (including account and credit card information).

  • contact information means information to enable an individual at a place of business to be contacted and includes the name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number of the individual;

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • Billing Information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mortgage loan account, or debit card.

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.
