Audit File definition

Audit File a partial or complete download provided by BTDS of the Entries held on the Database, being entries supplied by the Operator relating to the Operator Customer Directory Information to facilitate a comprehensive audit by the Operator “Batch Access” the creation of batch files by the Operator, in Standard File Format (SFF) of Operator Customer Directory Information.
Audit File means records received or maintained by the Trust and that pertain to an audit of a claim for Matrix Compensation Benefits, including all documents sent to or from the Auditing Cardiologist and/or any other documents upon which an individual’s Claim is based.
Audit File means an authorized entity required file that contains a listing of applicants that have been fingerprinted for the Authorized Entity. The Authorized Entity shall determine what information they want to receive from FAST and the frequency the audit file will be sent.

Examples of Audit File in a sentence

  • Contractor shall use the 834 Audit File to verify Contractor’s Enrollees for the subsequent calendar month.

  • Within five (5) Business Days after receipt of the 834 Audit File, Contractor shall update all electronic systems maintained by Contractor to reflect the information contained in the 834 Audit File received from the Department.

Related to Audit File

  • Credit File means all Credit Documents and all other credit, collateral, or insurance documents in the possession or custody of the Assuming Institution, or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, relating to an Asset or a Loan included in a Put Notice, or copies of any thereof.
