Audiometric report definition

Audiometric report means a written report that describes the results of measurement of overall performance in hearing, understanding and responding to speech for a general assessment of hearing and an estimate of the degree of practical handicap. The results are recorded on a graph or grid, also called an audiogram, to show the results and the impact of the hearing loss;
Audiometric report means a report that contains, but not limited to, the employee’s personal and employment particulars, test date, employee’s noise exposure level, relevant medical history and hobbies, audiogram, interpretation and recommendation as necessary;
