Audiobook definition

Audiobook means a digital file, including without limitation, the sound recording, the art, Artwork, images, Audiobook Music, metadata, text, photographs, video marketing materials and other related materials associated with an Audiobook that is provided by or on behalf of the Rights Holder in connection with the Agreement.
Audiobook means any digital file containing one or more works, which includes recorded readings of the work and may also include, inter alia, other sounds, text, art, images, photographs, video, metadata and other digital content related to that work;
Audiobook means an audio-only digital file or files comprising both music and speech in the form of the narration of an entire book, where the music within the Audiobook cannot be disaggregated into individual tracks.

  • Any fees paid to Charlie on behalf of the Author will not be refunded if the Audiobook is removed due to the violation of one of the above criteria.

  • The Author shall be solely responsible and liable for any offer sent to a Producer and for the compliance with the Author’s agreement with the Producer for the production of the Audio Book (Audiobook Production Agreement).

  • The Author is allowed to cancel the AudioBooks published, from the ACX Distribution and the Charlie’s Account, only at the end of this Agreement and depending on the ACX Policy as per follow: ➢ cancellation of Audiobooks available for sale after the 1st of February 2021, can occur only after the time of the 90-day anniversary of the date that Audible first makes the Audiobook available for sale.

  • For the finished Audiobook, Narrators may be asked to record up to two (2) sets of revisions to the Work for specific corrections to the narration.

  • You agree to personally provide narration and recording services (the “Services”) as an independent contractor, and to deliver finished master recordings of the audiobook (the “Audiobook”) described on the exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A, and to provide the Services and deliver the Audiobook to the Author in Installments (as defined herein) in accordance with the specifications and production schedule set forth on Exhibit A.
