Audio-Visual Recordings definition

Audio-Visual Recordings means every form of recording wherein a visual image is embodied, reproduced, transmitted or otherwise communicated, whether of a Qualifying Artist or otherwise, together with sound, whether or not the interaction of a consumer is possible, or necessary, for the visual images to be utilized or viewed.
Audio-Visual Recordings. ("Videos") shall mean devices reproducing audio performances or recording artists together with a visual image for home use or otherwise, embodying Artist's performances.
Audio-Visual Recordings. Every form of recording embodying performances of Artist wherein are fixed visual images, whether of Artist or otherwise, together with sound.

  • We may deduct any amounts payable by us to those producers or directors of Masters or Audio-Visual Recordings from any monies payable by us hereunder.

  • One hundred percent (100%) of the Audio-Visual Production Costs shall be recoupable from royalties payable under this Contract on the reproduction or other exploitation of all Audio-Visual Recordings and Audio-Visual Records.

  • Accordingly, we shall have the exclusive right to obtain registration of copyright (and all renewals and extensions) throughout the universe in those Master Recordings, Audio-Visual Recordings and Artwork in our name, as the owner and author thereof.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no royalties shall be payable to Participant with respect to Audio-Visual Recordings and Audio-Visual Devices.

  • You expressly acknowledge and agree that no provision of any applicable law, rule or regulation (including, without limitation, the copyright laws and regulations of the United States or Canada) permits you to terminate the transfer, grant, conveyance or assignment to us of the copyright in and to Master Recordings or Audio-Visual Recordings provided in this paragraph 6 or any other reversion of the copyright or other right, title and interest in and to the Masters.

  • RAF shall have, and Grantor hereby grants to RAF, all of the same rights in and to the Duet Album and all materials embodied thereon that RAF has with respect to Master Recordings and Audio-Visual Recordings delivered to RAF by Grantor under the Agreement.

  • No compensation shall be payable to you or Artist in connection with such Audio-Visual Recordings.

  • You expressly acknowledge and agree that no provision of any applicable law, rule or regulation (including, without limitation, the copyright laws and regulations of the United States or Canada) permits you or Artist to terminate the transfer, grant, conveyance or assignment to us of the copyright in and to Master Recordings or Audio-Visual Recordings provided in this paragraph 6 or any other reversion of the copyright or other right, title and interest in and to the Masters.

  • The Contractor is hereby required to have the television equipment set up in such a fashion so as to have two (2) Digital Audio-Visual Recordings (DAVR) recording simultaneously at the project site.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Electronic recording A mortgage or a mortgage-related document created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by electronic means (that complies with the requirements of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act or the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, as applicable) that has been accepted for recording by a participating county land records office which accepts such electronic record of a mortgage or a mortgage-related document as an alternative to recordation of the original paper form of such document.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.

  • Criminal records data means information about an individual's criminal convictions and offences, and information relating to criminal allegations and proceedings.
