Auction Procedure definition

Auction Procedure means the Auction Procedure North/West & East Europe Auction Summer 2017 (for Subletting and Swap Products) published on Eni web site on 3rd November 2016 regarding the offering period starting at 06:00 CET on 1st April 2017 and ending at 06:00 CET on 1st October 2017 (such period being referred to as “Summer 2017”).
Auction Procedure means the procedures for conducting auctions for the Auction Rate Securities during an Auction Period set forth in of Exhibit A of the Revenue Bond Indenture.
Auction Procedure means the auction procedures constituting Part II of the Articles Supplementary as of the filing thereof.

  • In case the SHIPPER, following one of the Auctions provided for in the Auction Procedure, will be awarded some Sublet Hourly Flow Rate, ENI will send to SHIPPER an Individual Contract in the form of Annex D, specifying, inter alia, Guarantee Date 1 and Guarantee Date 2.

  • An Individual Contract shall become effective as of the Start Up Date specified in it following the award to the SHIPPER of capacity as a result of successful participation in an Auction in accordance with the Auction Procedure and subject to the provision of a Bank Guarantee as specified in Article 16.2 and in the terms of Article 16.

  • Starting from the Start Up Date and throughout the term of this Contract the Sublet Hourly Flow Rate of the SHIPPER will be equal to: Q = [… ] Nm3/h (to be inserted in accordance with the result of the Auction Procedure).

  • In case the Time Limit (“Orario Limite”) of the “Nomination Closure” (“Fine nomina”) for the first session (“prima sessione”) set by SRG in the PSV Manual for matching at PSV is anticipated with regard to the time deadline in force at the date of publishing of the Auction Procedure (being 12:00 hours CET on the Day before the concerned Day), then the time deadline of the paragraph above for the Daily CQ Notice shall be anticipated of the same duration.

  • Offtake Point (to be defined in accordance with the result of the Auction Procedure) Oltingue Point shall mean the connection between the GRTGAZ Pipeline System and the TRANSITGAS Pipeline System.

  • Metering Stations (to be defined in accordance with the result of the Auction Procedure) MWh shall mean a quantity of energy equal to thousand (1.000) kWh. Month shall mean the period beginning at 06:00 a.m. on the first day of any calendar month and ending at 06:00 a.m. on the first day of the following calendar month.
