Auction Document definition

Auction Document means the document prepared by the Client for the selection of Bidders.
Auction Document means, with respect to the Auction, the Shelf Registration Statement, the Prospectus supplement and any applicable Preliminary Pricing Supplement (including any subsequently filed prospectus supplement or pricing supplement) or other document furnished by the Issuer or the Auction Agent.

  • Once the Auction Window closes, the Auction Agent shall not accept any bids or “Buy Today” Purchases, subject to the Two Minute Extension provisions provided for in Section 2.3(a), or such other procedures as may be detailed in any applicable Auction Document or the Zions Direct MTN Auction Process (the “Submission Deadline”).

  • The Auction Agent shall follow the settlement and payment procedures set forth in the Auction Document.

  • Prior to the commencement of the Auction, the Auction Agent and the Issuer will mutually agree upon an appropriate Auction Document to be used in the offering.

Related to Auction Document

  • information document means the document set out in Annex I or Annex III, or in the corresponding Annex to a separate directive, or regulation, that prescribes the information to be supplied by an applicant, it being permissible to supply the information document in the form of an electronic file;

  • Solicitation Document means the Request for Quotes, Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, or any other written document issued by OSU that outlines the required specifications necessary to submit a responsive quote, bid, proposal, or any other response;

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Transaction Document means any of this Agreement, the Notes (if any), the Fee Letters, the Collateral Administration Agreement, the Sale and Contribution Agreements and Transfer Supplements, the Administrative Agent Cooperation Agreement, the Limited Guaranty, the Collateral Documents, the Investment Management Agreement, the Margining Agreement, and all other documents, certificates, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by or on behalf of a Credit Party for the benefit of any Agent or any Lender in connection herewith on or after the Closing Date.

  • Obligation Documents means the Credit Agreement, the Notes, the Loan Documents, and all other documents and instruments under, by reason of which, or pursuant to which any or all of the Secured Obligations are evidenced, governed, secured, or otherwise dealt with, and all other agreements, certificates, and other documents, instruments and writings heretofore or hereafter delivered in connection herewith or therewith.
