Auction Cancellation Date definition

Auction Cancellation Date means, with respect to an Auction, the date on which the Calculation Agent determines that such Auction was deemed to have been cancelled as announced by ISDA (and/or the administrators specified in the relevant Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms) on its website or as otherwise determined and announced in accordance with the relevant Transaction Auction Settlement Terms.
Auction Cancellation Date means the date on which an Auction is deemed to be cancelled pursuant to the Transaction Auction Settlement Terms with respect to the relevant Reference Entity.
Auction Cancellation Date means the date, if any, on which an Auction is deemed to be cancelled pursuant to the Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms with respect to the Reference Entity;

  • On each Business Day from, and including, the relevant Auction Currency Fixing Date to, and including, the earlier of (i) the Auction Final Price Determination Date and (ii) the Auction Cancellation Date, the Administrators will determine whether an Auction Currency Rate can be determined for any Relevant Pairing in accordance with Section 2(a) of these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms.
