Auction Call Condition definition
Auction Call Condition means a condition that is satisfied if, on an Auction Call Test Date, the Replacement Credit Transaction Purchase Amount is greater than zero as determined by the Calculation Agent on the basis of one or more quotations from Approved Dealers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Auction Call Condition is satisfied if and only if the preceding condition is satisfied without offset among the amounts so determined and the Approved Dealer or Approved Dealers, as applicable, enter into the Replacement Credit Transaction with Buyer.
