AUA Fee definition
AUA Fee is a fee, initially set at 1.5% or 150 basis points per annum, charged Quarterly in advance, at the exclusive discretion of the Trustee payable in Hong Kong Dollars or United States Dollars at the discretion of the Trustee and as set out in the “Fee Schedule” from time to time.
